Michael Pellegrino, Esq is an expert on tax lien foreclosure and litigation relating to NJ tax liens.  He presents seminars on the topic to both peers and the general public, and is the author of the definitive guide on the topic: Tax Lien$ – The Complete Guide to Investing in New Jersey Tax Liens.  Michael has litigated several cases which resulted in published opinions, and he is a regular speaker for the Bar Association ICLE seminar on tax liens.  He graduated Cum Laude from The City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law.  Michael has been involved in his community including several years as a public defender, as well as a zoning board member, town council member.  He has been a principal in his own law firm since 1995.

Deborah T. Feldstein

Deborah T. Feldstein

Managing Partner

Deborah Feldstein, Esq is an attorney experienced in all phases of residential real estate including acquisitions and sales, drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, preparing and reviewing mortgage loan documents and performing survey and title review for all real estate transactions.  She is responsible for all phases of municipal tax lien foreclosures including reviewing all title work and drafting pleadings along with providing legal advice to real estate investment companies regarding municipal tax liens.  Deborah is also responsible for protecting creditor’s rights in bankruptcy cases.  She has participated in estate planning seminars to educate the public.  Since 1995, she has been a principal in her own law firm.
